Ahmed Abdel Raouf, the technical director of the first football team at Zamalek Club, promised the team’s striker Nasser Mansi that he would be given the opportunity to participate as a starter in the next match against Haras El Hodoud, scheduled to be held on the 20th of this month in the Egyptian Capital Cup competitions.

This promise came after Zamalek faced Ismailia Kahraba, which ended in a positive draw with three goals for each team.
A source from within the team revealed to Cairo 24 that Abdel Raouf held a short session with Mansi after the match, during which he was keen to calm the player down after he was excluded from participating, explaining that only the circumstances of the match prevented him from being pushed.
The technical director of the first football team at Zamalek Club confirmed, during his speech, that his plan included involving Mansi in the second half normally, but the sudden injury suffered by the Palestinian Adam Kayed forced the technical staff to make an emergency adjustment in the middle of the field, which changed the calculations of the available substitutions.
The source added that Ahmed Abdel Raouf reassured the player, assuring him that he respects his technical abilities and offensive capabilities, and appreciates his performance with the team during the past period.
The coach stressed that Nasser Mansi will be among the starting lineup in the upcoming confrontation against Haras El Hodoud, and that he will give him the full opportunity to prove himself and regain the sensitivity of participation.
