Professor Dr. Osama Al-Azhari – Minister of Endowments, witnessed the grand celebration organized by the Administrative Prosecution Advisors Club, at the headquarters of the Public Prosecution Complex in the Fifth Settlement. To honor the outstanding memorizers of the Book of God Almighty, in the presence of Counselor Muhammad Khalil El-Shenawy – Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, Counselor Abdel-Raouf Musa Abdel-Raouf – Head of the Administrative Prosecution Consultants Club, Dr. Mohamed Lotfy – Head of Radio and Television, Ismail Dowidar – Head of the Holy Quran Radio, Dr. Mohamed Rajab Khalifa – Head of the Central Administration for Da’wah Affairs, and Dr. Osama Fakhri El-Gendy – Head of the Central Administration for Mosques and Quran Affairs. Al-Karim, Dr. Ali Omar Al-Farouq – representative of His Eminence the Mufti of the Republic, and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Hawari – Assistant Secretary-General of the Islamic Research Academy.
Three Umrah trips.. The Minister of Awqaf witnesses the Administrative Prosecution’s celebration honoring more than 80 memorizers and memorizers of the Holy Qur’an
The celebration began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by the reader Sheikh Muhammad Rashad, followed by a documentary film about the competition, then a speech by Counselor Raymond Maher – Treasurer of the Administrative Prosecution Advisors Club, during which he thanked the Minister for his constant support for Quranic competitions and advocacy activities, and honoring the people of the Qur’an, stressing that we honor what this book calls for in terms of understanding, tolerance, peace and coexistence among people, and I see in this scene the manifestation of national unity and cooperation for a bright future.
For his part, the President of the Administrative Prosecution Advisors Club stressed that participation in this day calls for cohesion and brotherhood among members of the same society, and that all state institutions are based on the upliftment of the homeland and the country.
In his speech, the Minister of Endowments praised this beautiful, important and enlightening annual event, which aims to provide generous care and motivate the emerging generations to compete in the passion of memorizing, studying, reciting and reciting the Great Qur’an, and soaring in the horizons of its beauty and lights, and quoting from its morals, values and etiquette, in a way that builds the character of a person who is created with the morals of this wise male. He also praised the societal role played by the Administrative Prosecution Advisors Club in serving the community and cooperating with… State institutions, stressing that these disciplined efforts that combine memorization and understanding are the source from which we draw to sustain excellence and uniqueness.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, commemorative shields were exchanged between the Minister of Awqaf and the President of the Administrative Prosecution Advisors Club, amid an atmosphere of joy and appreciation, and more than eighty male and female governors were honored, in the presence of their families, and Islam Al-Talwani – a member of the House of Representatives, provided three Umrah trips to the winners of the competition.
The celebration comes within the framework of the Ministry’s cooperation with various bodies and institutions. To encourage young people to pay attention to the Holy Qur’an and understand its lofty purposes, the honor included memorizers of the Holy Qur’an, and the branches of the competition ranged from memorizing half of the Holy Qur’an, memorizing three-quarters of it, memorizing it completely, memorizing five parts, memorizing one part, and memorizing two parts, in addition to the branch of religious supplication, Quranic research, and interpretation of Al-Zahraween.
