Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, followed the efforts of the South Giza district in implementing a massive campaign to remove occupancy and violations to facilitate the movement of citizens, in addition to a comprehensive cleaning campaign in Al-Munib Square and the vicinity of the metro station, within the framework of restoring discipline to the area and improving the level of services provided.
The governor pointed out that the efforts resulted in the removal of 21 violating kiosks during the campaign, in addition to the removal of a number of unlicensed tents, advertisements and projections erected in violation, and the removal of all forms of violations, while taking the necessary legal measures against the violators.
The Governor of Giza directed the continuation of campaigns to remove occupancy in the area in order to ensure regular traffic and facilitate the movement of citizens, with periodic follow-up to monitor any new violations and deal with them immediately in accordance with the law.
The governor also stressed the need to continue cleaning campaigns in parallel with occupancy campaigns to raise the efficiency of public cleaning in Al-Munib Square and restore the cultural and aesthetic appearance of the area.
The implementation of the campaigns was followed up by Dr. Ashraf Tamer, head of the South Giza district, in coordination with the facilities police.
