A few hours ago, Redmi confirmed some specifications of the upcoming Turbo 5 phone, and the phone quickly appeared in a hands-on video from China, where it was reviewed from all angles and its design features were revealed more clearly.
The design is close to the previous generation, but the back has an improved texture that gives the phone a more luxurious appearance. The company adopted a metal frame with a 6.59-inch screen, in addition to a huge 7,560 mAh battery that supports 100-watt fast wired charging, in addition to 27-watt wired reverse charging.
Regarding endurance, the phone has obtained several water and dust resistance certificates, including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K, which enhances its ability to withstand harsh conditions. The leaks also indicate that Redmi is preparing to launch the phone in five different colors.
In terms of performance, the Redmi Turbo 5 is equipped with a Dimensity 8500 processor, with LPDDR5X random access memory and UFS 4.1 storage capacity, to provide a powerful and fast user experience.
Redmi is expected to officially unveil the Turbo 5 and Turbo 5 Max phones in China on January 29, that is, within less than 24 hours, with all final details becoming clear with the official launch.
