Amazfit is rolling out another update to the Helio Strap bracelet, which is stable version No. 3.11.0.1. This version brings improvements to the sleep recognition algorithm, which may increase the number of detected waking periods. In addition, there is an improvement to the activity recognition feature, and a fix for a Bluetooth-related bug.
The Amazfit Helio Strap is receiving another software update, and stable version 3.11.0.1 is the first release of 2026 for this wearable device, arriving approximately two months after version 3.7.0.1, which added a wide range of workout modes. With stable version 3.11.0.1, which was reported on Reddit, Amazfit Helio Strap users get two improvements; Firstly, the sleep recognition algorithm is said to have been improved to increase sleep detection and accuracy of sleep stages, however, Amazfit notes that the total number of awake periods may have increased as a result of this change, and at the same time, the likelihood of incorrectly recording naps has decreased.
Secondly, the automatic activity recognition function in the Helio Strap has been enhanced, and this is said to reduce the number of activities that are incorrectly identified. The last note in the changelog states that Amazfit has addressed an issue with the Bluetooth connection in the wearable device, but unfortunately, the company does not provide further details explaining the fix for this bug. Firmware version 3.11.0.1 appears to be rolling out in stages to Amazfit Helio Strap users (currently priced at €99.90 on Amazon Germany), and when it’s available in your region, you’ll be able to download this update via the Zepp smartphone app.
