As promised, Samsung today launched its latest innovative device in the United States, the Galaxy Z TriFold, at a price of $2,899, which is $900 more expensive than the Galaxy Z Fold7.
The phone was available in a limited number through the official Samsung store and Experience stores, but it sold out in only about 20 minutes. Despite this exciting impression, Samsung did not reveal the number of units available, so it remains unclear the size of the actual demand.

Samsung has previously held several surprise sales in South Korea, and availability has been very limited there from the start. The Galaxy Z TriFold is available in Crafted Black with a single storage capacity of 512 GB.
Samsung points out that TriFold is more than just a device; It is a technology showcase that focuses on foldable phone enthusiasts and technology enthusiasts in general. Even with the high price of $2,899, the company is selling it at a loss to provide an innovative and unique experience.
