Samsung officially unveiled the new Galaxy S26 series and a host of new accessories at its Galaxy Unpacked event. Among them is a slim Qi 2 magnetic power bank with support for up to 25W wireless charging on the S26 Ultra. Samsung has unveiled its new flagship Galaxy S26 series at its latest Galaxy Unpacked event, bringing upgrades like a new privacy screen, proxy AI features, and faster charging speeds. Besides the phones, Samsung also quietly introduced several accessories, including a new Qi 2 magnetic wireless charger.
The new Samsung Magnetic Wireless Charger is a Qi 2 certified wireless charger with a design similar to Apple’s MagSafe charger, currently available for $37 on Amazon. It features a slim 4.4mm design and a 1.5m fabric USB-C cable, which should better stand up to daily wear and tear. With Qi 2 support, the charger provides up to 25W wireless charging for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which Samsung says can charge up to 50% of the battery in less than an hour.

Similar to the Google Pixel 10 series, the high-end Galaxy S26 Ultra only supports the full Qi2 charging speed of 25W. The Galaxy S26 Plus is limited to 20W, while the base Galaxy S26 maxes out at 15W. However, users will need a magnetic case to use the magnetic wireless charger with the new Galaxy S26 phones, along with a 45W adapter to reach the fastest speeds. The charger is also compatible with the previous Galaxy S25 and other Qi 2 certified smartphones.
Just like the Galaxy S25 series, the new Galaxy S26 phones do not have built-in magnets, but they do support Qi 2 wireless charging through magnetic cases. In the US, buyers can purchase the new Samsung Magnetic Wireless Charger directly from Samsung’s website. It’s priced at $49.99, but an early launch discount brings the price down to $34.99.
