The iPhone 17e witnessed a wave of leaks over the past weeks, before Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman added more details that confirm most of what has been circulated about Apple’s upcoming budget phone.

According to Gurman, the iPhone 17e will rely on the new A19 processor, with the addition of MagSafe charging support, a feature that was absent from the iPhone 16e in the previous generation.

In the same context, the report indicated that the phone relies on the latest wireless communication chips developed by Apple, the C1X and N1, which is expected to improve communication efficiency and overall performance.

At the pricing level, Apple is expected to maintain the same price at $599, without any increase over the previous generation. Gurman also suggested that the launch date would be very soon, especially with leaks indicating the official reveal on February 19.

In terms of design, information indicates that the iPhone 17e will abandon the Dynamic Island, while maintaining a design language almost identical to the iPhone 16e.
