HyperX announced two new 27-inch QD-OLED gaming monitors in the Omen series during CES 2026 in Las Vegas on January 6, 2026, and they feature very high refresh rates and support for USB-C charging.
The first HyperX Omen 27qs QD-OLED screen comes with QHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels), 240 Hz refresh rate, 0.03 ms response time, with a contrast ratio of 1.5 million to one, 99% coverage of the Display P3 and sRGB ranges, and a factory calibration Delta E of less than 2. Supports Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium technologies, and is certified VESA ClearMR 13000 for clarity in motion. Ports include DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.1 ports, and a 3.5mm audio output, with a base that is adjustable in height, tilt, swivel and flip, and supports 100 x 100mm VESA mounting.
The second screen, the HyperX Omen 27q QD-OLED, features a refresh rate of up to 500 Hz with the same QHD resolution, support for VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500, coverage of 98% Display P3, 99% sRGB, and 96% Adobe RGB, with Delta E calibration of less than 1 via HyperX ProLuma, and VESA ClearMR 21000 certified. Ports include DisplayPort 1.4 Two HDMI 2.1 ports and a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode support and 100W charging, a built-in USB hub, a dedicated KVM switch, aRGB lighting, a 3D-printable headphone clip, and HyperX OLED CoreProtect tools to prevent burn-in. The base is fully adjustable, with 100 x 100mm VESA support.
HyperX has not announced specific pricing or availability dates for the two monitors, but they are expected to be on the market during 2026.
