Honor is preparing to expand its portfolio of gaming laptops through the WIN series with a powerful and all-new device that includes a graphics card up to the RTX 5070 Ti model and a superior Core Ultra 9 processor. What is most interesting is that this laptop, which bears the name Honor WIN Gaming Laptop H9, provides a unique solution to control temperatures, thus becoming the first gaming laptop in the world to feature a cooling system that includes six fans within the design of usual traditional gaming computers. Honor shared some features and statistics that support this achievement, along with some images that give a first look at the anticipated device.
The company’s official accounts on the Weibo platform revealed the details of this exceptional system, which consists of two fans to draw in cold air and four fans to expel hot air, making it superior to the previous title holder, the huge Acer Predator 21 Despite this large number of fans, the new Honor computer comes with a more compact and practical design inspired by some famous gaming computers such as the Lenovo Legion and Alienware series, where the two large intake fans at the bottom bring in fresh air while the four smaller fans placed vertically pull hot air and expel it from the back to disperse the heat very efficiently.

This six-fan configuration contributes to providing 10% better airflow, resulting in a 2 degree Celsius drop in temperatures around the keyboard surface to ensure user comfort during long gaming. This powerful system raises the total power consumption to 270 watts, while real-world performance tests will reveal the true noise levels of these fans, which work in perfect harmony with the Phantom Engine tuning system and Honor’s Gaming Turbo
Details indicate that the computer is available with two options that combine the processor and graphics card. The first option includes an Intel Core i7-14650HX processor with an RTX 5060 graphics card and 16 GB of DDR5 random access memory, in addition to options for storage space of 512 GB or 1 TB. On the other hand, the higher and more powerful option works with the superior Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor with an RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. Although details of pricing and global availability have not been revealed yet, the device is scheduled to be officially unveiled in China on the twenty-third of this month.
