New leaks revealed exciting details about the upcoming Honor Magic V6 phone, most notably the battery capacity, which may make it the most powerful in the foldable phone category.
Honor had launched the Magic V5 phone last July with a silicon/carbon battery with a capacity of 6,100 mAh in China, while global markets got a version with a lower capacity of 5,820 mAh.
Until now, the company has not officially announced the launch date of the new generation Magic V6, but the specifications have gradually begun to appear through leaks.
According to the leaker Digital China Station, the Honor Magic V6 phone will come with a battery with a capacity of no less than 7,000 mAh, which – if true – will give it the title of having the largest battery in the world of foldable phones.
This was not the first time there was talk about a huge battery for the phone, as previous leaks indicated that Honor is testing two different models of the Magic V6 with capacities of 6,900 mAh and 7,200 mAh.

It is expected that the global version will have a smaller battery, while the Chinese version will have a larger capacity. On the other hand, fast charging information is still unclear yet.
In addition, rumors indicate that the Honor Magic V6 will operate with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and will also receive a 200-megapixel main camera, which strengthens its position as one of the most powerful foldable phones expected during the coming period. More official details are likely to emerge as the launch date approaches.
