Stitch designed the CubeDock primarily for MacBook Pro and Mac mini users. The aluminum chassis mimics the shape, color and dimensions of the Mac mini, making it as consistent as possible with the computer.

The device connects via Thunderbolt 5 at a speed of up to 120 Gbps, and allows laptops to be charged via the same cable with a capacity of up to 140 watts. The device also supports computers that operate with Thunderbolt 4 technology, with lower performance.

The front part of the dock contains a USB-C port for 30-watt charging and data transfer at a speed of 10 Gbps, in addition to a 3.5 mm headphones port, a USB-A port, and an SD and microSD card reader.

As for the back, it provides four Thunderbolt 5 ports, one of which is dedicated to connecting to a computer, along with a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port, a USB-C port and a 10 Gigabit USB-A port for each, in addition to a power connector with a 180-watt adapter.

The dock also supports up to three 8K displays. At the bottom there is an M.2-2280 slot that can accommodate a PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD with a capacity of up to 8TB and a speed of up to 6000MB/s.

The Satechi CubeDock is available for $399 in the US, and Satechi products are usually released in Europe and other markets a few weeks later.
