Alienware, a subsidiary of Dell, announced new gaming computers during the CES 2026 exhibition in Las Vegas on January 6, 2026, including an ultra-slim and entry-level gaming computer, along with updates to the Area-51 and Aurora models.

The ultra-thin computer is about 17 mm (0.67 inches) thick, available in 14- and 16-inch sizes, with discrete NVIDIA graphics cards and new powerful processors, and is designed for gaming, creativity and productivity, but it is not as powerful as the Area-51 models. The 16-inch version is approximately 50% smaller than the current Alienware 16 Area-51.

As for the entry-level computer, it provides strong gaming performance at a price of less than $1,199 (the current price of the Alienware 16 Aurora), with a clean design and good ports.

Updates include anti-reflective OLED displays with 620 nits HDR brightness and 0.2ms response capability for the Alienware 16X Aurora, 16 Area-51 and 18 Area-51, with new Intel Core Ultra 200HX processors. The Alienware Area-51 desktop also comes with AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D processors.

Prices or exact launch dates for the new computers have not been announced, but they will be launched later in 2026, while updates will be available in the first quarter of 2026, and the Area-51 Desktop in February 2026.
