The Building Violations Reconciliation Law gives you a real legal opportunity to officially legalize your situation.
You can submit a reconciliation request for a period of up to 6 months from the date of the executive regulations.
You pay an inspection fee of no more than 5,000 pounds. You pay a serious reconciliation fee of up to 25% of the value of the violation.
