The past weeks have witnessed the emergence of a large number of leaks about the upcoming Vivo V70 series. Recently, a leaker revealed the expected timeline for the launch of the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite phones in the Indian market.

According to circulating information, Vivo intends to launch the V70 and V70 Elite phones in mid-February in India, as direct successors to the V60 and V60 Lite phones. It is noteworthy that the Vivo V60 phone is based on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor.

In a related context, a recent report indicated that the Vivo V70 series will rely on Snapdragon processors, in addition to using large Sony imaging sensors with Zeiss lenses, which indicates a clear focus on camera capabilities.

The phones are also expected to run on the OriginOS 6 interface immediately out of the box, while providing a set of features supported by artificial intelligence.

On the other hand, the same leaker indicated that Vivo is planning to launch the V70 FE phone at a later time. This comes after the phone had already been certified in Indonesia, while the vivo V70 Lite phone had received FCC certification in October of last year.

Expectations indicate that the Vivo V70 phone will be a renamed version of the Vivo S50 phone, which was unveiled in China last month.

The phone is expected to come with a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen, a 50-megapixel main rear camera, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera. It is also likely to include a 6,500 mAh battery, with a 50-megapixel front camera.
