The ZFC team defeated the Al-Masry team from Port Said on penalties, 5-4, in the match that brought the two teams together this evening at the Suez Stadium, within the round of 16 competitions of the Egyptian Cup.
Zed wins over Al-Masry on penalties
The regular time of the match ended with the two teams tied 0-0, and the match was extended to two additional halves during which the goalless draw continued between the two teams, which then went to penalty kicks, in which the victory went to Team Z.
With this victory, ZFC set a date with Haras El Hodoud in the quarter-finals of the current edition of the Egypt Cup.
