Director revealed Amr Abdel Aziz The fate of the crisis of musician Hani Muhanna’s recent statements, after the investigation into him was postponed Federation of Technical Syndicates andThe Musical Professions Syndicate, and the Supreme Media Council’s decision to ban his media appearances, in addition to the Union’s decision to refer him to a disciplinary council for musicians.
Amr Abdel Aziz said in his statements to Cairo 24: Hani Muhanna is still going through a severe health problem. We will not kill the man, let us be merciful.
He added: As soon as he recovers, a new date will be set for investigation.
Hani Muhanna apologizes for his recent statements
Earlier, musician Hani Muhanna apologized for his recent statements regarding Faten Hamama and Shadia’s relationship.
He wrote on his Facebook account: I followed with a heavy heart the state of reproach and anger that followed my last television interview, and since throughout my life I have only been accustomed to frankness and respect for my audience and colleagues, I had to clarify what was in my heart.
He added: I offer a heartfelt apology to the soul of the two dear artists, to their honorable families, and to all of their fans. It is very dear to me that my speech should be interpreted as any offense, for God forbid that I detract from the stature of people whom I have lived my life and am proud to know.
He concluded: What happened is that at this age, and due to the years, situations and names overlap in one’s mind sometimes unintentionally, and the narration comes out inaccurate or out of place, which is a human matter that I hope you will understand with openness. The pressure of live broadcasting has had a huge impact, as it requires precision, focus, and quick recall of information that I may not have time to recall immediately.
