During his speech at the Peace Council, the Turkish Foreign Minister affirmed his country’s readiness to support the international stability force in the Gaza Strip, stressing that Ankara is continuing its political and humanitarian movements to support calm and reconstruction efforts.
Contributing to the training of police forces
The minister explained that Türkiye is committed to providing educational and health assistance to the residents of Gaza, in addition to contributing to the training of the Palestinian police forces, which contributes to enhancing stability and building institutions capable of maintaining security and serving citizens.
Foundations for lasting peace in Gaza and the region
He added that his country believes that the foundations of permanent peace in Gaza and the region are based on the two-state solution, as it is the path that achieves the interest of all the peoples of the region and establishes a new phase of stability and regional cooperation.
