Ghanem added during Good Morning, Egypt that the Meteorological Authority warned in an official statement of the formation of dense water mist, which may reach the point of fog on a number of roads, calling on citizens and vehicle drivers to be careful while driving, especially in the early morning hours.
She explained that the water mist continues until ten in the morning, affecting areas of the northern coasts, the canal cities, Lower Egypt, Greater Cairo, northern Upper Egypt, and central Sinai.
Regarding the rain situation, a member of the Meteorological Authority’s media center indicated that there are chances of moderate rain falling on areas of Marsa Matrouh, Alexandria, Kafr El-Sheikh, Beheira, Damietta, and Port Said, while there are chances of light rain falling on southern Lower Egypt and the canal cities, and it may extend weakly to some areas of Greater Cairo.
