City Development Authority announced October Gardens A number of commercial, administrative and service units were offered under the annual usufruct licensing system, through a public auction scheduled to be held at the agency’s headquarters.
The agency explained that the offering includes 19 commercial stores and 4 pharmacies with areas ranging from 12 square meters to 101 square metres, in addition to 8 administrative units with an area of about 54 square meters per unit, with an annual usufruct licensing system for a period of 10 years.
The agency confirmed that the proposal includes one cafeteria building at the agency’s headquarters and an outdoor area with an area of 50 square meters, with an annual usufruct licensing system for 5 years.
The agency indicated that the terms and technical specifications booklet is available at the agency’s headquarters in exchange for payment of 299 pounds, pointing out that the deposit to enter the auction amounts to 100,000 pounds for each pharmacy or cafeteria building, and 50,000 pounds for each commercial store or administrative unit.
The October Gardens City Development Authority confirmed that the auction session will be held at 12 noon tomorrow, Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at the agency’s headquarters, explaining that the payment of 10% of the total value of the auction for the first three years will be completed, in addition to paying 1% administrative expenses and 0.5% for the benefit of the Board of Trustees of the total value.
The agency added that on-site inspection is available to those wishing during official working hours, within the framework of providing an opportunity for investors and owners of various activities to benefit from the opportunities offered and support commercial and service activities in the city.
