The referral order revealed that during the period from 1992 until November 3, 2024, the defendants from the first to the 41st assumed the leadership of a terrorist group whose purpose was to call for disruption of public order, endanger the safety and security of society, disrupt the provisions of the Constitution and the law, and state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their work, attacking the personal freedoms of citizens, and harming national unity and social peace.
The defendants from the forty-second to the last were charged with joining the group that is the subject of the accusation while knowing its purposes, and some of the defendants were charged with financing terrorism.
