This morning, Tuesday, January 27, the Damanhour Criminal Court, Circuit 14, is hearing the second session of the trial of the accused who indecently assaulted his two young nieces, in one of the villages of Damanhour Center in Beheira Governorate.

The court, headed by Counselor Hossam Mohamed Al-Sayyad, President of the Court, and with the membership of Counselors Diaa Mahmoud Al-Saeed, Ayman Salah Ghobashi, and Ahmed Galal Mohamed Abdel-Rahim, decided during its last session on December 30, 2025, to postpone the case to today’s session, Tuesday, to announce the civil lawsuit.
The events of the incident date back to August 2025, when the warden of Damanhour Police Station received a report from the mother of the two little girls, accusing the uncle, named M.A.G., 55 years old, resident of one of the villages in Damanhour Center, of indecently assaulting the two little girls, 6 years old, in his shop located next to their house located in the same district.
The Public Prosecution began the investigation and requested investigations into the incident, which confirmed the veracity of the incident in addition to the receipt of the forensic report supporting and agreeing with what was stated by the two little girls.
