The Qena Water and Sanitation Company announced the cutting of drinking water to the city of Dashna and the villages of Abu Manna, with a general lack of water in the rest of the areas of the Dashna center, today, Thursday, due to work on changing the main line valve at a water station.

Qena Water explained that the outage comes due to the work of changing the main line valve at the major Dishna surface water station, which supplies the city of Dishna and its affiliated villages, from 9 a.m. until 12 noon.
The company appealed to citizens, bakery and restaurant owners in areas affected by the water outage, to manage their water needs during the work period.
