Hearing electoral appeals for the Park District
The postponement decision came to enable the court to review all the appeals related to the circuit in question, and to examine them together, in order to achieve the unity of the matter and ensure the proper administration of justice.
The court also decided to address the National Elections Authority to request the sending of counting reports and a numerical tally of voters’ votes in the first round of the electoral process whose results were contested, in preparation for examining and comparing them with what was stated in the submitted appeals.
