Prefecture is preparing Sohag To receive 3 million, 375 thousand and 700 voters who have the right to vote in the elections for the House of Representatives in the governorate, amid full readiness of the headquarters and electoral committees. The voting process will take place today, Wednesday, and will continue until tomorrow, Thursday, December 3 and 4.
House of Representatives elections in Sohag
Sohag Governorate had previously announced the readiness of 550 electoral headquarters and 586 subcommittees distributed among the various centers of the governorate, in implementation of the decisions of the National Elections Authority, which approved the conduct of the electoral process in 7 out of 8 electoral districts within the governorate.
In this context, the Governor of Sohag issued directives to the heads of local units in centers, cities, and neighborhoods, in addition to all parties participating in the electoral process, on the necessity of providing full support to the elements of the process, including judges, insurance forces, and voters, to ensure that the elections are conducted in a decent and honorable manner.
The governor also stressed the importance of providing all amenities to voters, which contributes to facilitating the process of casting votes within the polls.
