The video clip showed a group of young men pouring a flammable substance on the ground on Al-Jalaa Street, and setting fires.
The video showed that a number of citizens fled while passing through the street for fear of being harmed by fire or glass.
Citizens’ comments on the circulating video stated that it was a chaotic scene of celebration on a main street, criticizing what was happening while citizens were passing by.
