Social media pioneers circulated a video clip containing a verbal altercation between a person and a mosque worker over the broadcast of the Fajr Quran on the mosque’s external loudspeakers.
The video clip showed a verbal altercation between a person and the mosque worker, saying, “We don’t know how to sleep because of the noise. We don’t play DJs for old and sick people.”
He added: I complained a lot about the sound of the Qur’an. This does not please God, an hour before dawn. The microphone is intended for the call to prayer, and I will not complain every day.
He continued: I can’t disturb the whole area by playing a DJ like this. It’s forbidden and I was defeated even if I read the Quran.
The video clip resulted in followers’ dissatisfaction with a person’s reaction to the mosque worker and his position on broadcasting the Holy Qur’an over the external speakers.
Comments from followers ranged between supporters and opponents of the person who wrote the video clip.
