Artist Amir Al-Masry spoke about the docudrama film Giant, which is currently showing in Egyptian cinemas, expressing his great happiness with the success achieved by the work.

Amir Al-Masry said, in his interview on Nojoum FM radio: It is an unusual feeling when you are among people. I went to the Cannes Film Festival and the whole world and the film was shown in international festivals, but when we had a special screening here in Cairo, my body shivers because I am among people who are truly family and have warmth in them.

He continued: The film makers paid attention to propaganda in Europe, and I was the only one who went here, and Glory be to God, the film exceeded my expectations in Egypt. The film is sweet and deserves to be watched far away from me, and the work is not only about boxing, but it is a story between a father and his son.

He added: I live in Giza in the middle of crowds and crowds and I love this, and I see pictures in Germany and no one talks to anyone else and they are afraid to look at each other, but here in Egypt people are brave and have your back in all situations.
