Engineer Alaa Abdullah Mustafa, head of the Tenth of Ramadan City Development Authority and supervisor of the Tenth of Ramadan Parks Authority, held an extensive meeting with the tenants of the Sednaoui Mall stores.
This is within the framework of examining mechanisms for codifying the legal status following the official transfer of ownership of the building to the city authority.
The head of the agency explained during the meeting that the ownership of the Sidnawi Mall building was completely transferred to the Tenth of Ramadan City Development Authority, with the support of the State Lands Recovery Committee formed by a decision of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, stressing that the agency has become the only body legally competent to manage the building and deal with it.
Engineer Alaa Abdullah Mustafa stressed that dealing with any individuals or other parties is completely prohibited, and that all procedures related to the mall will be dealt with directly through the city agency only in its capacity as the legal representative of the state, and no other party has the right to interfere or conclude any contracts related to the building.
He also indicated that the agency intends to implement an integrated plan to raise the efficiency of the building, which includes contracting with a specialized maintenance company and another for cleaning, in order to ensure that the cultural appearance of the mall is preserved and that it appears in an appropriate manner in 10th of Ramadan City.
The head of the agency stressed that these measures come within the framework of tightening the management system, preserving the rights of the state and tenants, and achieving an organized and safe commercial environment that keeps pace with the growth and development efforts witnessed by the city.
