Dr. Awad Taj El-Din, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention Affairs, expressed during his speech at the first annual celebration of the Department of General Internal Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, his pride and pride in belonging to this ancient medical edifice.
Dr. Taj El-Din emphasized the pioneering role of the Department of General Internal Medicine in supporting the health system, pointing out that the College of Medicine’s mission is not limited to education only, but rather extends to serving the entire nation by providing distinguished medical services.

Dr. Awad Taj El-Din stressed the importance of the national duty to support and appreciate the college and its various departments, expressing his great appreciation for the efforts of the professors who contribute to preparing successive generations of doctors and serving the nation.
He concluded his speech by offering greetings and appreciation to all faculty members, in appreciation of their continuous giving and vital role in developing medical education and health services.
