The Al-Haram Educational Administration in Giza Governorate announced the opening of the door for receiving grievances Preparatory certificate And transportation classes, starting from Sunday, February 1, 2026, for a period of 15 days, in implementation of the directives of Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, and the instructions of Saeed Attia, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in the Governorate, and under the direct supervision of Dr. Nagwa Abdel Moati, Director General of the Administration.

The administration explained, in a statement, that grievances are submitted on paper, according to an organized mechanism and procedures, which include submitting a copy of the seat number, a copy of the guardian’s card, and paying the prescribed fees to the treasury official in the Al-Faisaliah School building next to the administration, then going to the control center to fill out the grievance request and set a date for reviewing the answer papers.

The administration confirmed that when reviewing the answer papers, it is required that the guardian (father or mother) be present with the student, or that the student be present alone, with an emphasis on prohibiting photographing the answer papers or carrying a mobile phone, and not allowing the presence of any teacher during the review.

The Al-Haram Educational Administration stressed that these procedures come within the framework of consolidating the principle of integrity and transparency, and providing students and parents with the full opportunity to review the answer papers, stressing the commitment to quickly examine and decide on grievances in the interest of students and ensuring educational justice.
