Dr. Ali Shaath, Chairman of the National Committee for Management, confirmed GazaEgypt is implementing a set of logistical measures at the Rafah crossing to facilitate the entry and exit of Palestinians, adding that Egypt is making huge efforts to bring aid into the Gaza Strip in large quantities.
Dr. Ali Shaath, Chairman of the National Committee for Gaza Administration, added in an interview on Cairo News Channel that the Palestinian people are grateful to the Egyptian leadership for its tireless work to prevent the displacement of Palestinians.
Dr. Ali Shaath, Chairman of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, continued that we should inspect the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing to review the logistical procedures to facilitate the crossing of the Palestinians.
He added during a special interview conducted by journalist Ahmed Abu Zeid from in front of the Rafah land crossing from the Egyptian side, on the “Cairo News” screen, “We visited Al-Arish Hospital and the specializations and procedures it takes to receive the Palestinians, and the procedures were very excellent. Then we went to the Egyptian Red Crescent and visited the logistical warehouses to receive aid, whether from Egypt or countries of the world, in preparation for bringing it from Egypt to Palestine, which is a very big job, and huge spaces have been allocated by the Egyptian government for these warehouses to bring in the appropriate quantities, especially with Entering the holy month of Ramadan.
He praised the Egyptian preparations to bring in aid, stressing that the measures taken by the Egyptian side witnessed a significant improvement, especially in the past two days, as Egypt was filling many gaps, praising the secret procedures for working inside the crossing.
