A source at the Ministry of Social Solidarity revealed the truth about the rumors regarding an increase in conditional cash support for Solidarity and Dignity, which brings the number of its beneficiaries to about 4.7 million families among the families most in need of care, with approximately 18 million citizens.
The fact of increasing support for solidarity and dignity
In exclusive statements to Cairo 24, the source said that there is no truth to the reported reports about increasing the value of the conditional cash support for solidarity and dignity, explaining that the increase will be by presidential decision.
Solidarity and Karama are disbursed, with a value of more than 4 billion pounds per month, with a financial budget amounting to 54 billion pounds annually following the approval of the new scheduled increase of 25% starting last April.
Disbursements are made through all ATMs available to banks spread across the country. They can also make electronic payments and all government transactions and purchases.
