The security services revealed the circumstances of a video clip that was circulated on social media, which included a woman’s claim that she was trying to get rid of her life by taking large quantities of medicines and medical drugs of her own free will, claiming that she had been subjected to injustice from her family.

Upon examination, it was possible to identify the aforementioned woman, who resides in the Mansoura First Police Department in Dakahlia Governorate, and it was found that her ex-husband had taken her to a hospital to receive the necessary treatment at the time.
Investigations revealed that the aforementioned woman had previously filed a report last August against her father, who is currently outside the country, in which she accused him of assaulting her. When her father was asked at the time, he denied the incident and confirmed that his daughter was suffering from a mental illness, and had previously been detained in a mental health hospital for several years, in addition to her previous attempt to end her life during the year 2020.
Upon completion of the examination, it was found that the woman went to the Public Prosecution last September and expressed her desire to be presented to the Forensic Medicine Department, where the report stated that there were no traces of injuries or evidence to confirm the alleged incident of assault.
The necessary legal measures were taken regarding the incident, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigations.
