
Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued Ministerial Resolution No. 414 of 2026 regarding the formation of the Board of Trustees of Kafr El-Sheikh Private University, in a step aimed at strengthening the administrative and academic structure of the emerging university.
The decision came after reviewing the Constitution, the Universities Organization Law, and the Private and Private Universities Law, and based on Presidential Resolution No. (248) of 2025 regarding the establishment of the university.
