The main operations room, headed by Major General Dr. Abdel Fattah Siraj, Governor of Sohag, and held at the General Office of Sohag Governorate to follow up on the conduct of the runoff elections for the House of Representatives in December 2025, announced the opening of all subcommittees on the specified dates, and the regularity of the voting process with the beginning of the first day of the runoff elections for the committees canceled in the first stage.
Runoff elections for the House of Representatives
The Governor of Sohag explained that the electoral process has begun its work without any obstacles so far at the level of the seven general committees out of a total of 8 committees at the governorate level.
He pointed to the continuous follow-up around the clock of all committees in the centres, cities, neighborhoods and villages, pointing out that there are direct connection lines with the sub-operations rooms in all the centers and service directorates to follow up on the situation immediately.
