Governorate sources confirmed CairoCounselor Mohamed Abdel Wahab, head of the Sahel District, was transferred to work in the city of Ras El-Bar, following a request from the Governor of Damietta to seek help from his expertise in supporting the executive work system and improving the level of services in the city.

The sources explained that the decision, which was adopted last Thursday, came within the framework of exchanging experiences between executive leaders, and benefiting from distinguished competencies in locations that require special field and administrative expertise, especially in the city of Ras al-Bar, which has a tourism and service nature.

In a related context, the Secretary-General of the Sahel District is currently assuming the duties of managing the district’s activities on a temporary basis, until a decision is issued to appoint a new president, ensuring the regularity of work and the continuity of providing services to citizens without being affected.

This step comes as part of moves aimed at raising the efficiency of administrative performance and enhancing the level of services provided to citizens, through the use of expertise capable of achieving tangible development in various work sites.
