Maintain water pressures
Ibrahim explained that the works were carried out without affecting the pressures or quantities of water coming out of the station and feeding the Alexandrian citizen.
Gaddafi indicated, during a press statement, that the repair work came within the plan for preventive maintenance and raising the efficiency of the stations’ infrastructure, with full commitment to continuity of operation and regular service, ensuring the stability of pressures and the quality of the water produced in accordance with standard standards.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Drinking Water Company confirmed that the operation and maintenance teams dealt with the required technical work with high professionalism, which contributed to completing the repair on time and without any impact on the service provided to citizens.
Engineer Gaddafi Ibrahim stressed that the Alexandria Drinking Water Company places service sustainability and water quality at its top priorities, and works on real-time monitoring of all vital stations and lines, with rapid technical intervention to ensure that the citizen is not affected by any emergency maintenance or repairs.
He added that the company is continuing to implement development plans and raise operating efficiency, in order to achieve the highest reliability rates for the drinking water production and distribution system at the governorate level.
