Major General Tariq Marzouk, Governor of Dakahlia, conducted a surprise inspection tour this morning, which included the technological center of the Mansoura City Council and the mechanical campaign, in the presence of accountant Mohamed Abdel Baqi, head of the center and city of Mansoura.

The Governor of Dakahlia confirmed that his field tours come within the framework of continuous follow-up of the progress of work within the local units, reassurance of the level of services provided to citizens, and work to develop performance and achieve their satisfaction.

During his inspection of the technology center, the governor followed the mechanisms for receiving citizens and completing their transactions, and reviewed the work procedures and the extent of compliance with the regulatory instructions, praising the efforts of the workers and their role in accelerating procedures and providing services in an orderly manner.

The governor met with a number of citizens inside the center, stressing the importance of good dealings, accuracy and transparency in performance, and quick response to citizens’ demands and responses to their complaints, noting that the technology centers represent a civilized interface for the state and reflect digital transformation efforts and facilitating access to services.

Major General Tariq Marzouq also inspected the Council’s mechanical campaign, and reviewed the readiness of the equipment and vehicles, periodic maintenance work, and the extent of exploiting the available capabilities to support the cleaning system and waste removal, stressing the need to maintain the equipment and operate it efficiently to ensure the continuity of field work.

The tour included an inspection of the equipment that was seized during campaigns to confront illegal construction, as the governor stressed the continued intensification of efforts to prevent any building encroachments outside the urban space, on agricultural lands, or without a permit.

The Governor of Dakahlia confirmed that the governorate provides all aspects of support to local units, and provides the necessary capabilities to develop their performance, pointing out that the continuous field follow-up aims to monitor obstacles and work to overcome them immediately, in a way that contributes to improving the level of services provided to citizens.
