The General Committee of the First District of the First Aswan Police Department, headed by Counselor Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Salam, announced in the early hours of Monday morning the result of the preliminary counting of the runoff round for the House of Representatives election committees, which was between the two candidates: Sharia Muhammad Saleh Abdullah, known as Al-Hajj / Sharia, and Medhat Rakabi Mahmoud Abdel Rahman, known as Medhat Al-Mansourawy, in which the latter won.
The total number of citizens who prepared before the committees was 421,851 voters, and the number of citizens who cast their votes before the subcommittees was 26,161,000 voters, and the number of invalid votes was 755 votes, while the number of valid votes was 25,406 votes.
As for the results of the two candidates, they were as follows: Sharia Muhammad Saleh Abdullah, known as Al-Hajj Sharia, the number of votes he obtained reached 10,778 votes, and Medhat Rikabi Mahmoud Abdel Rahman, known as Medhat Al-Mansourawi, the number of votes he obtained reached 14,628 voters.
