Launched by the General Supervision Authority FinanceUnder the chairmanship of Dr. Muhammad Farid, a new digital platform dedicated to receiving regulatory reports from companies and entities subject to the Authority’s supervision and control, in a step that reflects the Authority’s commitment to promoting digital transformation and developing the oversight system for non-banking financial activities.
The launch of the platform is an initial stage that precedes the obligation of companies operating in the non-banking financial sector to send their supervisory reports electronically, which contributes to raising the efficiency of supervisory procedures, accelerating the flow of data, and improving the quality and accuracy of the information provided to the Authority.
Submitting reports and regulatory documents
The platform allows companies to submit reports and regulatory documents to the Authority, in addition to the electronic signature, after verifying the validity and validity of the electronic signature on those documents, in cooperation with Delta Electronic Systems Company, which is one of the electronic signature authentication service providers authorized by the Information Technology Industry Development Authority.
The digital platform contributes to improving the exchange of data and information, enhancing the speed and accuracy of follow-up, inspection and regulatory analysis, unifying communication channels between the Authority and companies subject to its supervision, and supporting regulatory decision-making on scientific grounds. It also keeps pace with the state’s trends towards digital transformation and enhances the sustainability of the non-banking financial sector.
