exposure Zamalek Club A new crisis occurred during the past few hours, due to flight tickets for the team’s delegation heading to Zambia to face Zambia’s Zesco in the African Confederation Cup.
Cairo 24 learned from its sources that Zamalek officials faced a crisis in booking airline tickets, as a result of the financial crisis that the club is suffering from, after agreeing with a company to take over the travel arrangements for the team’s delegation to Zambia.
The past few hours witnessed the provision of a sum of money by the Board of Directors of Zamalek to be paid to the airline, which led to the confirmation of the reservation of tickets for the delegation’s travel.
The Zamalek delegation is scheduled to leave for Zambia next Thursday, in preparation for facing Zambia’s Zesco in the African Confederation Cup competitions.

Zamalek will meet Zambia’s ZESCO next Sunday in the fifth round of the African Confederation of Nations competition for the 2025-2026 season.
Zamalek won in the fourth round over the Al-Masry team, Port Said, by two goals to one, in the match that was held at the new Suez Stadium.
