Dr. Jacqueline Azer, Governor of Beheira, confirmed the regular opening of electoral committees and the arrival of advisors, chairmen and members of the committees, to begin the voting process and receive voters.

She indicated that all necessary support was provided for the conduct of the electoral process, and safe and covered corridors were prepared, while all necessary measures were taken and the necessary facilities were provided for the elderly and people of determination, to ensure their easy and convenient participation in this constitutional entitlement.
This came during the Governor of Beheira’s follow-up of the progress of the electoral process from the control room in the governorate’s general office, in the presence of executive leadership and representatives of the concerned and security authorities.
There was real-time communication with the heads of centers and cities via video conference technology to follow up on the progress of work within the general and sub-committees, and in full coordination with the security services to secure electoral headquarters and facilitate the entry and exit of voters.
The run-off round will be held in four electoral districts, including: the fourth district: Rashid, Mahmoudiyah, Rahmaniyah, the fifth district: Housh Issa, the sixth district: Al-Delanjat, and the ninth district: Kom Hamada, Badr.
The number of electoral centers in the four districts is 271, including 300 committees, receiving 1,515,410 male and female voters, and 10 candidates are competing for the five seats in these districts.
The Governor of Beheira calls on the people of the governorate to participate positively in the runoff round, to cast their votes and exercise their constitutional right to choose their representatives, stressing that the governorate stands at the same distance from all candidates, with a full commitment to neutrality and transparency, and to overcoming any obstacles that may obstruct the conduct of the electoral process to ensure that it is conducted in an atmosphere of integrity and discipline.
