Dr. Jacqueline Azer, Governor of Beheira, confirmed that all electoral committees opened their doors at the specified time without any obstacles, with the regular attendance of advisors, heads and members of the committees, and the reception of voters began smoothly and smoothly.

The Governor of Beheira indicated that all necessary preparations have been completed to ensure the optimal conduct of the electoral process, equipping electoral headquarters and providing all necessary facilities to citizens to ensure their effective participation in this important constitutional entitlement.

This came during the Governor of Beheira’s follow-up of the progress of the electoral process from within the control room in the governorate’s general office, in the presence of executive leaders and representatives of the concerned authorities and security agencies.

Direct and real-time communication is carried out with the heads of centers and cities through video conference technology, to follow up on the regularity of work within the general and sub-committees, and continuous coordination with the security services to secure electoral headquarters and organize the entry and exit of voters in a way that achieves smoothness and safety.

The runoff round will be held in three electoral districts, including: The first district: Damanhour district – Damanhour center, The third district: Abu Homs center – Idku center, The eighth district: Shabrakhit center – Itay Al-Baroud center.

The total number of electoral centers within these districts is 264, including 297 committees, and the number of voters reaches 1,726,088 male and female voters.

The Governor of Beheira called on the people of the governorate to participate positively in the runoff, and to exercise their constitutional right to choose their representatives, stressing the governorate’s full commitment to neutrality and transparency, and to standing at the same distance from all candidates, while being fully prepared to deal immediately with any obstacles that may arise, in a way that ensures that the electoral process is conducted in an atmosphere of integrity and discipline.
