An important meeting was held under the chairmanship of Sheikh Saeed Ahmed Khadr, Head of the Central Administration of the Qalyubia Al-Azhar Region, and in the presence of Sheikh Magdy Atty, Director General of Sharia and Arabic Sciences in the region, Maher Abdel Haq, Director of Examinations, Tayseer Al-Sayyed, Director of Legal Affairs, and Asmaa Tabl, Director of Public Relations, along with all directors of educational stages and public mentors in the Qalyubia Al-Azhar Region.
The meeting discussed mechanisms for good preparation for the examinations, and confirmed full commitment to the instructions regulating the examinations, ensuring the achievement of the principle of equal opportunities among students, and providing an appropriate educational climate within the committees.
During the meeting, Sheikh Saeed Ahmed Khadr stressed the importance of administrative discipline and accuracy in implementing instructions, stressing the need for concerted efforts among all those in charge of the examination process, and to work in the spirit of one team to achieve an examination season befitting the status of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
Emphasis was also placed on the role of continuous field follow-up, and the speed of dealing with any emergency obstacles in accordance with the regulated legal frameworks, in order to achieve the highest levels of transparency and integrity.
This meeting comes within the framework of the Qalyubia Al-Azhar District’s keenness to improve the educational system, ensure that exams are conducted in an atmosphere of calm and discipline, and achieve the general interest of students and workers alike.
