The committee supervising the elections for the House of Representatives in Suez Governorate announced the opening of all 41 electoral committees, with the full presence of committee heads on the dates specified for the start of the voting process.

A source told Cairo 24 that the candidates’ delegates were allowed to enter from the first moments of the start of voting, in elections in which 18 candidates are competing for governorate seats.
For his part, Major General Dr. Tariq Hamid Al-Shazly, Governor of Suez, followed up on the progress of work in the committees by following up with the National Network for Emergency and Public Safety, stressing the need for continuous coordination between district heads to quickly deal with any complaints that may arise during the electoral process.
The governor stressed preventing the committees from cutting off any facilities, whether electricity or water, to ensure regular work inside the electoral headquarters.
In the same context, Major General Hossam El-Din Ahmed Al-Dah, Director of Suez Security, continued his field tours around the polling stations in various neighborhoods, to ensure that security discipline is achieved and that a safe environment is provided for voters throughout voting hours.
