The administration announced that the body of a resident was recovered from under the rubble of a residential building that caught fire, while a child was rescued from the same building. Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko also confirmed that another strike caused a fire in the lower part of a residential tower west of the city center, before it was quickly brought under control.

A new warning of drone strikes was issued after five in the morning local time, while pictures circulating on the Internet showed the extent of the destruction, burning residential buildings, and rescue crews working in the middle of streets flooded with debris.
