Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, announced the start of delivery Residential units Within the Beit Al Watan project for Egyptians abroad, reserved in the tenth supplementary offering in New Damietta City, starting from Sunday, February 8, 2026 until Thursday, March 5, 2026, according to the dates specified for delivery.
Beginning of delivering housing units in the Beit Al Watan project to Egyptians abroad
The Minister of Housing confirmed that the Ministry is continuing its efforts to implement the directives of the political leadership to provide adequate housing for every citizen, explaining that the Ministry is working to make various lands and housing units available in various regions, allowing citizens to obtain adequate housing in accordance with the approved requirements, and supports the state’s goals in comprehensive urban development and achieving the vision of the new republic.
Officials of the New Damietta City Authority explained that the delivery of units in the distinguished neighborhood in the 44-building project will take place according to the following schedule:
Buildings 1 to 5: Sunday, February 8, 2026
Buildings 6 to 10: Monday, February 9, 2026
Buildings 11 to 15: Tuesday, February 10, 2026
Buildings 16 to 18 and 25: Wednesday, February 11, 2026
Thursday, February 12, 2026: For those who are late in receiving
It will also be delivered:
Buildings 26 – 30 – 31 – 34: Sunday, February 15, 2026
Buildings 35 – 36 – 38: Monday, February 16, 2026
Buildings 39 to 41: Tuesday, February 17, 2026
Buildings 42 to 44: Wednesday, February 18, 2026
Thursday, February 19, 2026: For those who are late in receiving
Agency officials added that units will be delivered in the distinguished neighborhood in the 59-building project as follows:
