The referral order added that the accused intentionally caused inconvenience to the victim by misusing the communication devices by committing the actions that were the subject of the previous accusation as stated in the papers.
He also assaulted family principles and values in Egyptian society by massively sending numerous electronic messages to the victim without his consent, and created and used a website or a private account on an information network aimed at committing or facilitating the commission of a crime punishable by law.
