A Somali passenger plane suffered a technical malfunction about 15 minutes after taking off from Adam Adde International Airport in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, which led to its crash.
The Somali newspaper Al-Akhbar indicated that The pilot tried to return to the airport for an emergency landing, but during the attempt, the plane deviated from the runway and fell on a beach near the airport.

Mogadishu airport officials confirmed that the plane was carrying 55 people, including passengers and crew, and that everyone survived the accident. Rescue teams arrived and were able to evacuate the passengers safely.
Regarding aircraft accidents, an Indian plane belonging to the Indian Airlines company crashed earlier near Ahmedabad airport, without revealing any deaths as a result of the accident.
Indian media reported that the plane carrying flight number “AI171” of Indian Airlines, which crashed in a civilian area outside Ahmedabad Airport in India, was heading to Britain’s Gatwick Airport.
She indicated that the plane had 242 passengers on board, stressing that the number of victims and injured as a result of the accident had not been disclosed.
